    GALLIPOLIS, Ohio - University of Rio Grande head track & field coach Bob Willey has announced the signing of Gallia Academy High School's Frank Goff for the 2012-2013 academic year.
    "Frank is only in his second year of track, but he's shown great improvement from last year to this year," said Willey. "He has a lot of leg speed. He'll be one who can come in and help us in the 100, 200 and in the 4x100."
