PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (Women's Cross Country) – After winning the second Mid-South Conference meet of her career and grabbing her second Runner of the Year award in the process – a new program mark – Shawnee State's Sarah Biehl (SR/Lowell, Ohio) has been named as the Mid-South Conference's Runner of the Week for the seventh time in her career, conference officials announced on Tuesday afternoon.

The senior was awarded with the aforementioned honor for the fifth time in the 2015 season after running a 17:56 at the Mid-South Championship, finishing nearly 40 seconds ahead of teammate Anna Havranek (SO/Sugarcreek, Ohio) for the event's top billing while also leading the Bears to a meet-low 18 points en route to the program's sixth consecutive Mid-South title since joining the conference in 2010.
