BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (Men's Cross Country) – The Shawnee State University men's cross country team put five runners inside the top 13 overall positions in Saturday's Mid-South Conference Championship meet at Phil Moore Park in Bowling Green, Ky. but it wasn't enough as Campbellsville put five of its runners in the top 16 slots – including three top-five times to the Bears' none – as Shawnee State was edged by the Tigers by six points for the Mid-South Conference title.

On the day, the Bears would put four runners in the back half of the top-10 – with all four runners being slotted from sixth through ninth place overall – in edging Campbellsville's three.
