The AMCC has named junior cross country captain Patrick Flanagan the runner of the week.

The Franciscan University Cross Country teams traveled to Seton Hill on Saturday to compete against DII and DI opponents. Despite a grueling and hilly course, the Barons and Lady Barons came out strong.
